Adventure runs through Jim's veins like the currents of the river he navigates. He grew up in mid-Missouri, wandered around adventuring for years and after living on an ocean-surrounded island he moved back to Missouri and found true love. He also found a fix for the ocean he was missing in the Missouri River and its vibrant community. Nearly 25 years later he has participated in numerous river clean-ups, provided years of safety boat support for the MR340 paddle race between KC and St. Charles, and has spent countless hours on sandbars and river stretches.
Safety is paramount for Jim and River Life KC. He is certified in CPR and first aid, ensuring the well-being of every adventurer under his care. His calm demeanor and quick thinking inspire confidence in even the most apprehensive of rafters, making every trip a memorable and worry-free experience.
Join Jim and River Life KC on the river and embark on an unforgettable journey where every bend holds a new adventure and every ripple tells a story.
